Mr. and Mrs. Bridgers celebrate 50th wedding anniversary


Joyce and Floyd Bridgers celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary March 9 at a reception in their honor at Heritage Hall Fellowship Building at Little Rock Original Free Will Baptist Church in Lucama.

Hosts were Ricky and Myra Bridgers, son and daughter-in-law of the couple, and their children, Thad and Anna Grace; and Cathy and Jody Edwards, daughter and son-in-law of the couple, and their son, Tyler.

Mrs. Bridgers is the former Joyce Keen of Rock Ridge and is retired from JCPenney where she worked for 28 years. Mr. Bridgers is retired from Purina Mills where he worked for 32 years.

Mr. and Mrs. Bridgers were married March 8, 1963.
