Monday, December 21, 2009 9:32 AM Mr., Mrs. Bass celebrate 50th anniversary Royce and Sue Bass of Lucama celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Friday, Dec. 18, with a family dinner hosted by the couple's children. The following evening the couple welcomed family and friends to their home for barbeque and a live band performance. The couple has three children, seven grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. Mrs. Bass is the former Betty Sue Beasley of Smithfield. |
