Pipkin-Bailey
Roy and Kay Bailey of Rocky Mount announce the engagement of their daughter, Laura Ann Bailey, to Steve S. Pipkin Jr. of Elm City, son of Linda Pipkin of Wilson and the late Steve Pipkin Sr. The bride is the granddaughter of Frances Weaver of Rocky Mount and the late Rosa Bailey Jones of Rocky Mount. The groom is the grandson of the late Frank and Myrtle Morgan of Fountain and the late Robert and Christine Pipkin of Wilson. An Oct. 6 wedding is planned at Elm City Baptist Church.
