Mr. and Mrs. James Michael Packard of Wilson announce the engagement of their daughter, Cameron Virginia Packard of Warsaw, to Chadwick Dalaney Phillips of Warsaw, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alan Hoke Phillips, also of Warsaw. The bride is the granddaughter of the late Jefferson G. Dildy and the late Josie Walton Dildy of Wilson and Peggy Bell Packard of Greenville and the late Jimmy L. Packard of Greenville. The groom is the grandson of George Dillon Smith of Kenansville, Kempie B. and Dennis Riley of Warsaw and the late Herman H. and Harriet W. Phillips of Warsaw. An Aug. 9 wedding is planned in Warsaw.
