Cheri Nichol Lewis of Kenly is the daughter of Martin and Teresa Lewis of Kenly, who announce her engagement to John Duval Barwick of Youngsville, son of Hugh and Nannette Barwick of Cornelius. The bride is the granddaughter of Mae Raper of Kenly, the late Bobby Raper, Doris Denton of Middlesex and the late Frank Denton. The groom is the grandson of the late Duval and Mary Francis Barwick of La Grange and the late Robert and Nannie Sutton of La Grange. The wedding will be held at Kenly Free Will Baptist Church on March 20.
