Ronnie and Jackie Sherrod of Roxboro announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Nicole Sherrod of Timberlake, to Michael Travis Lewis of Timberlake, son of David and Teresa Ayscue of Roxboro and the late Mike Lewis of Eden. The bride is the granddaughter of Thelma Sherrod of Sims and the late Harold Sherrod, and the late William and Irene Greer of Whiteville. The groom is the grandson of the late Moyer Lewis, Linda Harris, the late Raymond Corum and Eva Wade of Eden. A May 8 wedding is planned in Nags Head.
