May-Bennett Maranda Brooke Bennett of Rocky Mount is the daughter of Trent and Sheila Parker of Elm City who announce her engagement to Cameron Shane May of Wilson, son of Dee and Robin May of Wilson. The bride is the granddaughter of Clifton and Louise Carroll of Marion, N.C., and Perry and Janess Parker of Elm City. Her great-grandparents are Benny and Leola Price of Elm City. The bridegroom is the grandson of J.D. and Mildred May of Black Creek and the late Waverly and Rochelle Smith of Wilson. A June 7 wedding is planned in Rocky Mount.
