Michelle Lynn Glover of Bailey and Travis Wayne Aycock of Fremont exchanged wedding vows Sept. 22 in a 5 p.m. ceremony at The Daniel Farm in Wilson. The Rev. Robert Leonard officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Carl Glover of Bailey and Janet and Mark Watson of Lucama. She is the granddaughter of John and Janice Glover of Bailey, Kelly and Barbara Jones Parker of Nashville, Edward Van and Letha Watson of Lucama and the late Henry Jones of Nashville. She graduated from Southern Nash Senior High School and East Carolina University with a degree in sociology. She works at United Tobacco Company.
The groom is the son of Wayne and Eva Aycock of Lucama. He is the grandson of Grace Aycock of Lucama and the late Albert Aycock and the late Lee and Ruth Powell of Lucama. He graduated from Hunt High School and North Carolina State University with a degree in agribusiness. He is farm manager of Aycock Brothers Farm.
The bride was escorted by her father.
Bridesmaids were Amanda Grizzard of Elm City, Kellie Glover of Spring Hope, Cassie Wester of White Level and Nichole Cooper of Nashville.
Flower girl was Piper Aycock, daughter of the groom.
Groomsmen were Joseph Pittman of Lucama, Thomas Thorne of Lucama, Ron Morgan of Wilson and Timothy Bardin of Black Creek.
Ring bearer was Lucas Glover, nephew of the bride.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at The Daniel Farm hosted by family.
The couple took a honeymoon trip to the Tennessee mountains. They reside in Fremont.
