Police: Shots fired into home, car

Police want to know who shot into a Wilson home and car early Friday.

Officers responded to a 12:08 a.m. report of gunshots at an occupied 205 Vick St. home, Wilson Police Department spokesman Sgt. Steve Stroud said. No one was shot during the gun blasts.

Police say one shot was fired into the house and one shot was fired into a car parked outside.

Detectives are investigating the shooting, Stroud said. No arrests had been made Friday evening.

Police ask anyone with information to call the Wilson Police Department at 399-2323 or Crime Stoppers at 243-2255.
