There are two cooking demonstrations Saturday, but both are sold out. A Southern dinner buffet will start at 5:30, and the first act of the play will be performed at 6.

The final Theater of the American South event for this weekend is Sunday morning's 9:45 gospel service. Called "The Block of Hope Southern Gospel Experience," the music can be heard at Jackson Chapel First Baptist Church.

And, yes, Tink and Dink will be there too.

And don't forget, the Wilson County Farmers Market opens Saturday at 7:30 a.m. at the fairgrounds. It may be a little crowded out there with Relay for Life going on at the same time, but it will be worth the trip to get homegrown fruits and veggies.
