City phone system frustrating
Ever try calling the city of Wilson?
If the number you’re calling is busy, you either try another line or have to reenter the number 3 every three or four seconds for the privilege of staying connected. Are they really interested in serving you as a resident of this fair city?
Hope someone reading this can remedy this situation for tax-paying citizens.
