A Banker's Holiday gets its own song Monday, December 01, 2008
It all started when Wilson Arts Council Executive Director Barry Page and his wife, Diana, were driving home from their Thanksgiving festivities. They had so much fun with it that Diana got up the next morning and started writing down the lyrics for a song that would be sung with the familiar tune. He joined in on the piano, and one hour later the song "Dancing at A Banker's Holiday," an ode to this Friday's Arts Council fundraiser, was completed.
