Concerns about Hurricane Ike cutting gasoline supplies and pushing up prices at the pump had Wilson motorists scrambling Friday to fill up as cheaply as possible.Lines of cars spilled into the streets at some area gas stations during a lunch-hour rush that continued into the afternoon.One employee even worked in the parking lot directing traffic at a congested Kangaroo station beside Shoppes at Brentwood to prevent an accident from occurring.
