Now Playing: Watch highlights from Gov. Easley's news conference Monday, November 17, 2008 HIGHLIGHTS FROM NEWS CONFERENCE KENLY - N.C. Gov. Mike Easley said today that the areas of Wilson and Johnston counties that were devastated by Saturday's tornadoes will likely not qualify for federal disaster relief. Easley did say, however, that local and state agencies are working on damage assessments, which are expected to be completed Monday evening, and added that the areas could receive state grants for damage relief.
