The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Richard Davies of Lancaster, Pa. He is the grandson of Mrs. William S. Davies of Lancaster, Pa. and the late Mr. Davies, and Mrs. Joseph H. Rigby of Mobile, Ala. and the late Mr. Rigby. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Richmond in 2000 and earned his law degree from Duke University in 2003. He is employed by Bishop, Capitano, and Moss.

The bridegroom is the son of Ronald Ransom and Sylvia Burroughs Sasser III of Pikeville. He is the grandson of Doris Jones Sasser of Goldsboro and the late Ronald Ransom Sasser Jr., and the late Hubert Ray and Angie Corbett Burroughs of Goldsboro. He graduated from Charles B. Aycock High School and received his bachelor's degree in construction management from East Carolina University. He is employed as a superintendent with Sasser Home Builders.

The bridegroom is the son of Lorraine Batchlor Mattox of Stantonsburg and the late James L. Mattox. He graduated from Saratoga Central High School and Wilson Technical College. He owns Southern Style Rod Shop, and is currently serving his second term on the Wilson County Planning Board.






Tyson-Hester
The bridegroom is the son of Benjamin and Janet Tyson of Charlotte. He is the grandson of Ruth Powell of Wilson and the late Julian Powell and Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Tyson of Wilson. He graduated from East Forsyth High School and received his degree in business finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He is employed by TEK Systems, Inc. as information technology recruiter for Bank of America.
