NOTICE OF TAX FORECLOSURE SALE Under and by virtue of an order of the District Court of Wilson County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled COUNTY OF WILSON vs. GERALD A. JONES and spouse, if any, and all possible heirs and assignees of GERALD A. JONES and spouse, if any, or any other person or entity claiming thereunder, GERALD A. JONES, ADMINISTRATOR OF THE ESTATE OF LILLIE TAYLOR FRANKS, et al, 16-CVD-273, the undersigned Commissioner will on the 25th day of July, 2019, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction at the courthouse door in Wilson County, North Carolina, Wilson, North Carolina at 12:00 o'clock, noon, the following described real property, lying and being in Wilson Township, State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows: All that certain lot or parcel of land situated in the City of Wilson, Wilson Township, Wilson County, North Carolina, and more particularly described as follows: LYING at the intersection of the westerly property line of Pike Street with the northerly property line of Shreve Street fronting 145.22 feet on Pike Street and 114.67 feet on Shreve Street and being Lot #30 upon a plat entitled Winoca Gardens, First Addition, recorded in Plat Book 8, page 21, Wilson County Registry, it being the very same lot conveyed to William Thomas Williamson and wife, Doris M. Williamson, by deed recorded in Book 705, page 480, Wilson County Registry. See also that deed dated October 4, 1963 from W. L.
