St. John — Black Creek

St. John Holiness Church will celebrate the 56th anniversary of the Rev. Eloise Sessoms at 11 a.m. Sunday with the Rev. Preston Hart along with New Beginning for God Holy Temple Church and choir rendering the service.

Ebenezer — Nashville

Ebenezer Pentecostal Holiness Church will have service at 10:30 a.m. Sunday with the Rev. David Radford as speaker. Midweek Bible study is 7 p.m. Wednesday.

St. Paul — Black Creek

St. Paul Church will have Sunday school at 9:45 a.m. and a mission service at 11 a.m. Sunday with Doris Maddox of Mount Zion Progressive Primitive Baptist Church and music by Pleasant Grove Church of Lucama. Dinner will be served.

Mary Grove — Lucama

Mary Grove Missionary Baptist Church will have a ribbon-cutting at 1 p.m. Saturday for its family life center.

Union View — Bailey

Union View Church will have Sunday school at 9:30 a.m. and morning worship at 11 with J.N. Perry. The choir will celebrate its anniversary at 5 p.m. Sunday. Midweek Bible class is at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Emanuel — Rocky Mount

Emanuel Chapel Original Free Will Baptist Church will have quarterly meeting at 5 p.m. and the Lord’s Supper at 6 p.m. Saturday. Sunday school is at 9:45 a.m. and family and friends day is at 11 a.m. Sunday. Midweek Bible study is 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Destiny — Fremont
