I see that Greenlight hit the 10,000-customer mark and I’ve been in that group for almost a year now. I am so glad I switched for both my office and home internet and phone connections.
The cost is significantly lower than I had before and the quality is much better, but the biggest plus in my book is the service. I’ve had to call a few times for issues and was able to talk to a technician immediately and it wasn’t someone who answers from a foreign land or out of state, but about a mile down the road. They were able to correct the problem over the phone but in the case where that wasn’t possible, a technician came to my location within the hour.
.I think we are very lucky to have this alternative internet, cable and phone service. I know people I talk to who don’t live around are jealous and wish they had this opportunity. A caring support team, good prices and excellent service.
