The greenhouse at the Wilson Botanical Gardens is full of tiny vegetable plants, herbs and flowers of all kinds that should be just the right size for planting by April 13, the date for this year’s Master Gardeners Plant Sale.

Hours for the sale are 9 a.m. to noon, with early sales open for botanical garden members at 8:30.

Also available will be plants grown in the Master Gardeners’ own gardens as well as in the Wilson Botanical Gardens. If you have plants that need dividing or separating and you would like to donate them to the plant sale, the MG Plant Rescue Team will come to your garden and do the digging for you.

Call Cyndi Lauderdale at 252-237-0113, or Jane Connor at 252-237-8254.
