Three nonprofits are joining together for a meet-up on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Heroes Sports Oyster Bar and Grill, 124 Barnes St.

Preservation of Wilson, Habitat for Humanity and the Old Wilson Neighbors Association invite citizens to stop by and learn more about these three organizations that are working to build stronger center city neighborhoods.

This event is open to everyone and will offer an opportunity to meet many of the volunteers involved and learn about their current projects.

As a thank-you for stopping by, there will be a raffle for three $25 gift cards.

For more information, contact Kathy Bethune at 252-234-7694 or follow the organizations’ pages on Facebook.
