Police seek missing Wilson teen

Wilson police are searching for a 14-year-old boy reported missing Thursday night.

The N.C. Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert for Tyrese Grant, who was last seen at 304 Fairview Ave. SW.

Grant is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs about 142 pounds. He has short black hair and brown eyes. Authorities say he was last seen walking north toward Christmas Street and was wearing a shirt of unknown color, gray jogging pants and red tennis shoes.

Grant had been reported missing in December and was later found at a relative’s house in Rocky Mount. Authorities say Grant is considered missing and endangered.

Silver Alerts are issued for people of any age who are believed to be suffering from dementia or another cognitive mpairment.
