As your current Wilson County commissioner for District 7 and past Wilson City Council District 3 member, I would like to take this opportunity to encourage you to vote in the Wilson City Council municipal elections this November.

As you know, I am a registered Republican and our city elections are nonpartisan. However, it is imperative for the future of the city — and county — that you go vote. Sometimes we fail to vote in our most important elections. Please do not let that be the case in November.

Over the past years, I have worked alongside very experienced and dedicated elected officials from both parties. Each has demonstrated leadership and the desire to make our city and county grow economically and socially. Mayor Bruce Rose has been at the forefront of these accomplishments. We have made so much progress for the benefit of our community.

I encourage city residents to vote in the Wilson City Council elections this coming November.
