Every week I read the school lunch menus and it breaks my heart. Schools, hospitals and the like serve institutional food that is not conducive to healthy minds and bodies. The "dumbing down" of America is directly linked to food and nutrition.
I grew up in the '50s and '60s and there were always cooks in the kitchens at my schools who still cooked "real" food. Now our children and grandchildren are filled with toxic chemicals and "fake" food.
What should we do about that?
