Students in Gentlemen's Agreement at Forest Hills Middle School went to see the exhibit "Freedom! A Promise Disrupted," at the N.C. Museum of History as a part of Black History Month in February. The young men also went indoor rock climbing, to the Triangle Rock Club in Raleigh and recently toured the Oliver Nestus Freeman Round House Museum. The community-led program mixes monthly meetings and discussions with volunteer opportunities and field trips in order to build goal-oriented and community-minded young men.
