Silver Alert issued for missing Wilson woman

Police are requesting the public's help to locate a missing Wilson woman.

The N.C. Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert for 24-year-old Cierra Daniels at 2:30 a.m. Tuesday. Daniels was last seen at a 1307 Grove St. home in Wilson, according to the advisory.

Daniels is 5 feet, 3 inches tall with medium-length black hair and brown eyes. She weighs about 130 pounds and was last seen wearing a long-sleeved white shirt, blue jeans with holes and blue and gray Nike athletic shoes.

Silver Alerts are issued for people of any age who are believed to be suffering from dementia or another cognitive impairment. Due to cognitive health issues, all subjects of Silver Alerts are considered to be missing and endangered.

Anyone with information on Daniels' whereabouts is asked to call the Wilson Police Department at 252-399-2323.
