WCYAA spring registrations extended through Sunday, March 4

Registrations for Wilson County Youth Athletic Association spring soccer, baseball, softball and volleyball has been extended through Sunday, March 4.

Players may register by mailing the registration form and check to WCYAA, P.O. Box 10, Lucama, NC, 27851; at Trophies By Designs, 703 West Nash Street in Wilson or at WCYAA offices at 113 East Nash Street (Fourth Floor). The registration fee is $53 per player for each sport.

For soccer, coed age divisions are 2-4 (Mighty Mites), 5-7 and 8-10. Games and practices will be held at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church.

For volleyball, age divisions are elementary grades 4-5 (must be at least 9 years old to register), middle school grades 6-8 and high school grades 9-12. Players must play in their age division. Practices and games will be held at Elm City Middle School on Saturday and Sundays.

For softball, age divisions are 8-under, 10U and 12U.

Baseball age divisions are coed 2-4 (instructional tee-ball), coed 5-6 (tee-ball), 8U (Rookie tee-ball), 9-10 Cal Ripken Minors and 11-12 Cal Ripken Majors.
