Patch Wilkinson and Mary Ann Sutton paced their respective flights with the lowest gross score during last Tuesday’s outing of the Wilson Ladies League held at Wilson Country Club.
Wilkinson paced the first flight gross with a score of 80, which takes into account the number of strokes taken without the application of a handicap. Debbie Webb collected the first-place net score (total score plus handicap adjustment) in the first flight with a 69, while Priscilla Brewer was second with a 74.
Jamie Denton earned low putt honors with 34.
Sutton’s 90 gross total paced the second flight, with Nan Bissette carding a 68 to claim first-place net honots. Barbara Biddle was second place in the net competition with 76.
Pat Bass took 32 strokes on the green to earn low putting honors in the second flight.
WLL outings are the first Tuesday of every month, with Wedgewood Public Golf Course serving as the host course for the month of August.
