Police say several people awoke to damage to their apartments Tuesday after hearing gunfire a few hours prior.
Officers responded to a 7:12 a.m. call to the 300 block of Park Avenue. When police arrived, they spoke to four tenants who said their apartments had been struck by bullets, officials said.
The victims told police they heard gunfire near their homes around 4 a.m., according to officials. They found the damage after waking up and inspecting their apartments, according to Sgt. Steve Stroud.
No one was injured.
Forensic analysts were called to the scene and several shell casings were located and seized, Stroud said.
While there is no suspect information at this time, officials said they are investigating the incident.
