I recently had to set up an account with the city of Wilson’s customer service area to have a new water meter set for the construction of a new home. I had a great experience at the city in dealing with Joyce Rodgers! She was very professional and courteous, as she told me that it might be set the next day, but it could take up to three days for the work order to be completed.
I received a call from another city employee the next day, Doug Page, informing me that the meter had been set that morning. What outstanding customer service! Thank you.
