Photos from the collection of Allen Thomas Jr. of Wilson will be featured at the Eyes on Main Street Gallery this month.

Thomas has been collecting contemporary art and photography for more than 35 years.

He has served on many arts boards including 16 years on the North Carolina Museum of Art Board of Trustees, as chair of CAM Raleigh and SECCA in Winston-Salem.

In a small pop-up exhibition at the Eyes on Main Street Goldsboro Street Gallery, he will be offering a selection of images from across the medium, including the work of Masato Seto and Alec Soth or Mona Kuhn, just to name a few.

The Eyes on Main Street Goldsboro Street Gallery is located at 126-128 Goldsboro St. S. Hours are noon to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. on Friday.
