Mallory “Grady” Golson, 75, of Wilson, died Tuesday.

A celebration of life service will be conducted at a later date.

Grady retired from Old Saratoga, Inc. He was the biggest University of Alabama fan in the country. “Roll Tide!” Grady loved riding his motorcycle and was a member of Rolling Thunder, enjoying the friendships made and the weekend rides made until shortly before his death. He also loved and enjoyed his seven feline “children.” Grady will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Surviving are his wife, Patsy Sheffield Golson; one brother, Walter Keith Golson of Prattville, Alabama; one sister, Shirley Golson Tucker (Jim) of Piedmont, Alabama; stepchildren, Joni Schapper and Michael Hodgsen; and a brother-in-law, Ira Kupferberg of Prattville, Alabama.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Mallory and Kathleen Mulhall Golson; and a sister, Gloria Golson Kupferberg.
